Fight your red light ticket

Fight your red light ticket

I cannot tell you how many times I have spoken to a potential client who starts off his or her consultation with me with the old “they got me, so I am guilty”.  As a lover of the U.S. Constitution, the attitude depresses me because  even when it comes to traffic tickets, you have CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS!!!  So I urge you to talk with an attorney to see if you should fight your red light ticket.  And if you have a case, fight your red light ticket; in fact, if you think you are in the right, fight ever one of your tickets!

Before you think I am joking read the following news story from Miami:

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/10/21/court-says-not-so-fast-with-those-red-light-camera-tickets/

It appears the Court is forcing law enforcement to write red light tickets instead of allowing a third party vendor — who is not the police write the red light tickets.  What is probably most shocking that a private company is writing tickets and not ta sworn police officer , who is answerable to you or I taxpayers, is that the third party vendor probably makes a fee for each red light ticket issued.

You might not know it because we accept the routine of an officer pulling us over as an ordinary inconvenience, many people do not stop to think did the police exercise respect my constitutional rights and limit the Government’s power so not to violate those rights.  If I told you you needed to pay me $20 would you just take me at me word; you would ask to see the bill!  So again, I urge you to talk with an attorney to see if you should fight your red light ticket.  And if you have a case, fight your red light ticket; in fact, if you think you are in the right fight ever one of your tickets!

Keep in mind, just because a police officer said you did it does not mean you did; in fact, just because a police officer said you did it is only STEP ONE in the process of the Government proving you did do it.

Take the time to protect your rights, call me Charles Hart, Esq. at 321-363-4959 or email me at charleshartlaw@gmail.com.  The consultation is free.  Together, we can discuss whether you should decide to fight you red light ticket.  And if you have a case, we will fight your red light ticket!

Lastly, what good are your rights if you do not exercise them?  Call 321-363-4959 now to make a decision if you should fight your red light ticket!

Otherwise, get used to seeing more and more of these (with possibly the tickets to match)!
